研究兴趣,领域:
主要从事功能性微生物资源的挖掘与应用技术,包括定向选育具有不同活性的微生物菌种,建立菌剂及其活性成分的工业化发酵制备体系,研发微生物源功能性产品,助力农产品加工业的转型升级。具体研究方向:1、生物防腐保鲜技术研究与应用,2、功能性食品发酵技术的研究与应用
