二、研究兴趣,领域:

减数分裂中染色体行为调控机制及其生物学意义。减数分裂是生殖细胞产生所必需的一种特化的细胞分裂方式,其异常是导致人类不育、流产、新生儿缺陷等严重生殖健康问题的重要因素。在减数分裂进程中,染色体的结构形态发生着显著变化,与减数分裂一系列关键事件如染色体配对、联会、同源重组等相对应。我们课题组以秀丽隐杆线虫体系为主,结合细胞生物学、遗传学、蛋白质组学等手段,探讨减数分裂染色体动态变化的结构基础和生物学意义。
