主要研究方向:纤毛是一种突出于细胞表面基于微管骨架的亚细胞结构,在环境感知、细胞运动等方面发挥重要作用。纤毛的组装和长度调控及纤毛稳态维持对于组织器管发育至关重要,并与多种人类重大疾病密切相关。然而,目前关于纤毛稳态调控的分子机制、纤毛在多种相关疾病中的功能及相关机制并不清楚。冉杰博士主要围绕纤毛稳态调控及纤毛相关疾病开展相关研究,主要研究方向为:1)纤毛的动态调控及相关分子机制;2)纤毛在组织器官发育和人类重大疾病发生发展中的功能及相关机制;3) 纤毛相关疾病新的治疗策略的开发和探究。
